Most of you are going to ignore this. That’s okay. I’ll cry private tears of bee-poison and vengeance.
Those of you who won’t, I’m going to offer this challenge. Don’t disappoint me. I can’t be the only moron sweating every day. Don’t make me use The Face.
Note: a minimum of 10 people need to enter in order for this contest to get off the ground!
The Rules
To be eligible for the contest drawing, you must:
- Work out at least 2 times a week for 2 weeks. A good suggested time is 20 minutes.
- Take a picture of yourself during or immediately after workout.
- Tweet immediately after your workout using the hashtag #OMGpain, and:
- either attach the photo to the tweet, or
- email me the photo (make sure you tell me your Twitter name!)
- That’s it!
The more you work out, the higher chance you’ll have of winning the drawing!
Remember: at least 10 people need to give this a go in order for the contest to fly! Tell your friends. Rope them in. Tell them you’ll hunt them down with a shotgun full of porcupine quills if they don’t support your need for Quality Reading.
Let’s do this, people. I want to see your pain.
